In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and to raise money for the Backus Breast Health Initiative, employees at Backus Hospital and other local businesses took part in a series of First Friday activities on Oct. 1 that included a bake sale, pink decorations, pink sticker sales and dress pink fund-raisers. Thanks to all who took part and donated to this cause.
