Junior Volunteer Recognition Night 2011

The Backus Junior Volunteers were honored for their work this summer during Junior Volunteer Recognition Night August 25. Nearly 100 young people from 26 towns and 21 different high schools completed the Backus Volunteer Bridge Program which introduces the students to different careers in healthcare during their time at the hospital through a series of job shadowing programs and Nurse Camp.
