NORWICH – The Backus Auxiliary has pledged $250,000 toward the Backus Plainfield Emergency Care Center, which is currently under construction. Yvette Jacaruso, President of the Backus Auxiliary, made the announcement of the donation, to be made over two years, on Wednesday.
