Cancer Survivors Day 2012

More than 600 cancer survivors, families and friends gathered Saturday at Backus Hospital to celebrate survivorship. As part of Cancer Survivors Day some speakers spoke about their own experiences with cancer and Bernie Siegel, MD, a nationally recognized inspirational speaker and author, spoke about the importance of surrounding yourself with love and support while going through treatments.
