Backus health centers offer flu shots

NORWICH – The William W. Backus Hospital’s health centers in Colchester, Montville, Ledyard and Plainfield are offering flu shots to the public. Call ahead of time to ensure that there is adequate supply. The Colchester number is 537-4601, Ledyard is 464-3104, Plainfield is 564-2198 and Montville is 848-1298.

Backus Outpatient Care Center to offer EKG services

NORWICH – The Backus Outpatient Care Center at 111 Salem Turnpike in Norwich will offer EKG services beginning Monday, Oct. 3. Testing will take place in the Laboratory drawing station area and will be available during the lab’s normal hours of operation.
