One Year, One Ton

Backus Hospital celebrated the one-year anniversary of its Backus Weight Loss Program with a special event at the Backus Outpatient Care Center Tuesday, Sept. 20. During the past year, participants in the program, which may include Lap_Band surgery, nutritional advice and lifestyle changes, have lost a combined total of one ton of weight.
