NORWICH – The William W. Backus Hospital’s Weight Loss Center will host a 17-week weight loss program on Thursday evenings beginning Feb. 7 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Backus Outpatient Care Center at 111 Salem Turnpike in Norwich.
