Twelve physicians on the Backus active medical staff have been named to Connecticut Magazine's annual listing of "top doctors" in the state who specialize in internal medicine, allergy and immunology, cardiology, endocrinology, family medicine, geriatric medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, oncology and hematology, physical medicine, podiatry, radiology and rheumatology. The April issue of the magazine is on newsstands now.
Selections were determined based on questionnaires the magazine sent to doctors across the state, asking them to recommend a physician to whom they'd send a loved one. The top vote-getters were named to the list.
