Do you think you have the flu?

1. Take precautions:
-
Wash your hands with soap and water or sanitizing gel
-
Dispose of hand wipes and tissues
-
Maintain good sleep habits
-
Exercise
-
Eat well
-
Stay away from crowds if you are feeling sick
-
Cover your cough
2. Know the signs of flu:
-
Fever over 100 degrees F
-
Cough
-
Sore throat
-
Runny nose
-
Possibly fatigue, muscle pain, nausea or vomiting
3. If you have Flu-like Symptoms:
-
Stay home and get plenty of rest
-
Avoid contact with others until you have gotten better and have been well for two days
-
Contact your doctor if your symptoms worsen or you have underlying medical conditions
