The continuum of care includes:

• Lymphedema screening, specialists and treatment
• Alternative and complementary therapy such as massage, reiki and pet therapy
• Physical therapy
• Social workers
• Survivorship program
• A support group specifically for breast cancer
• A partnership with the American Cancer Society that includes program such as Look Good, Feel Better, Road to Recovery and Reach to Recovery
• Registered dietitians who offer specialized
  nutritional counseling
• Outreach and patient education programs
