Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic

Consists of a Nurse Practitioner, Interviewer, nurse, under the direction of a Medical Director (Infectious Disease Specialist). Tests done for major STD’s, including HIV and Hepatitis C.

No charge for testing, no appointment is necessary. No charge for most medications. Limit of 8 patients seen during each clinic session.

Hours: Monday and Wednesday 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. * Must be registered by 7 pm.

Infectious Disease Clinic of Norwich

Serving clients in eastern Connecticut who have a diagnosis of, HIV, Tuberculosis, or Hepatitis.

Staffed by a board certified infectious diseases specialist, two nurses, case manager, and secretary.

Hours: Monday 1 p.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
