Backus, UCFS offer women’s health program

NORWICH – United Community and Family Services (UCFS) and The William W. Backus Hospital will present a free health program on family planning on May 15 at 6 p.m. at the Community Room at the Edward and Mary Lord Family Health Center at UCFS, 47 Town Street in Norwich.
Radu Apostal, DO of UCFS, and Teri Cahill-Griffin, Clinical Director of Backus’ Birthing Center, will discuss community resources including inpatient services at Backus, parenting classes and family planning after a birth.
