Patient Safety Fair at Backus

"The first Annual Patient Safety Fair at Backus took place Tuesday, March 6 in the hospital's main level conference rooms. The event featured several speakers including Owen McCusker, a Cyber Security and Safety Expert, who talked about cyber threats to computer systems. Setu Vora, MD, Medical Director of Critical Care Services and Physician Director of Performance Improvement, spoke about patient safety. A number of posters related to patient safety were on display during the event. "

Backus offers tips to avoid heat-related illness
