These classes are designed to educate patients on what occurs before, during and after hospitalization. The nurse navigator provide specific instructions on how to prepare for surgery, equipment requirements, insurance restriction and post-operative care. We have classes scheduled for multiple days, times and locations. Class is designated for patients having spine surgery. ONLY PATIENT NEEDS TO ENROLL. DO NOT ENROLL THE SUPPORT PERSON ATTENDING WITH YOU.
