HypnoBirthing

This is a 4 week hands-on natural childbirth class (Mongan Method) for expectant mothers and their chosen birth companion. Together you will learn self-hypnosis, deep relaxation, simple breathing and visualization to allow you to release fear and achieve a calm, peaceful, easy birth. In addition to registration please call the instructor at 860-875-4957 for more information. The fee for this class is $250.00 per couple as well as a $30.00 fee during the first class for the textbook, practice CD's, and Handhouts. The $30.00 fee will be collected by the instructor at the first class, cash or check only. The rest of the fee, $250.00 must be made via credit card to reserve a spot in the class. Payment by credit card is required online if you wish to pay by check, please call 860-545-1888 to enroll. Online registration survey questions are mandatory and must be completed in order to secure your registration.
