Yoga Chair Class for People with Multiple Sclerosis

This chair yoga series is designed specifically for people with Multiple Sclerosis (of course all people interested in chair yoga are welcome to attend.) The series will teach participants postures that can help increase flexibility, range of motion, balance, and strength as well as breathing and relaxation techniques that will help manage and combat stress and fatigue. The class is tailored to address and honor each person's individual needs. No previous yoga experience is needed. If you have a companion assisting you, he or she is welcome to join the class at no additional cost. Online registration survey questions are mandatory and must be completed in order to secure your registration.
