This class includes discussion on what a new baby looks like, does, and what a sibling can do with their new brother or sister. This class also includes listening to a story, watching a video on being a big brother or big sister, and practice things like changing diapers and holding and burping a pretend baby. This class concludes with a tour of the Family Birthing Center and when permissible, the sibling gets to see a newborn infant. Online registration survey questions are mandatory and must be completed in order to secure your registration.

This four-week program strengthens and tones muscles, making you more comfortable during pregnancy and better prepared for the delivery of your baby. Classes are led by a certified Prenatal Yoga instructor. The schedule listed below reflects the first class of each four week series.

Peer run support group for those who have been diagnosed with depression or bipolar disorder. Registration is not required for this group. The group meets every Monday from 12-1pm and every Wednesday from 7-8pm.
