Jillian received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Connecticut in 2010, followed by a Masters in Business Administration in 2019 from the Isenberg School of Business. Upon receipt of her PharmD, Jillian worked as a pharmacist at William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich, CT, splitting her time between inpatient pharmacy services and the outpatient anticoagulation clinic. In 2012, her focus shifted heavily to inpatient sterile compounding practices, and she subsequently joined the growing team of Sterile Products Coordinators within Hartford Healthcare, working in a variety of HHC institutions throughout the last decade. In the summer of 2021, Jillian returned to Backus Hospital in this capacity, and in 2024, was selected as the Director of Pharmacy for the East Region of HHC, comprised of Backus and Windham Hospitals.

Colleen earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Connecticut in 2010. She went on to complete her PGY1 Residency at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Indiana and a PGY2 Critical Care Residency at Midwestern University in Chicago. She is board certified in pharmacotherapy and critical care pharmacy.
Prior to becoming Pharmacy Clinical Program Manager for Hartford HealthCare, Colleen was an ICU pharmacist within Hartford HealthCare and started the PGY1 residency program at The Hospital of Central Connecticut. In addition to overseeing clinical programs for the healthcare system, Colleen works closely with pharmacy students, residents and preceptors. She precepts experiential rotations and delivers didactic lectures in several pharmacotherapy courses. In addition to her clinical interests in critical care, she is passionate about preceptor development and well-being within pharmacy.
In addition to her clinical and educational responsibilities, Colleen serves on the Board of the Connecticut Society of Health Systems Pharmacists and is actively involved in the Society of Critical Care Medicine and ASHP. She was awarded the UConn IPPE Preceptor of the Year Award in 2014 and the Connecticut Pharmacists Association Distinguished Young Pharmacist Award in 2017. In 2021, she was recognized as an AACP Master Preceptor and a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine.

Michelle received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Northeastern University in 2018. She completed her PGY1 residency at UMass Memorial Medical Center and went on to complete a PGY2 critical care residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Michelle is a Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist. Upon completion of residency, Michelle was an ICU Clinical Pharmacist within Hartford Healthcare before transitioning to Backus Hospital as the Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacist. Michelle served as a preceptor to students and residents for the emergency medicine rotation. Michelle is now the System Pharmacy Clinical Coordinator.

Teresa Seo earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Toledo in Toledo, OH and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at the Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. She completed an ASHP-accredited specialty residency in Adult Internal Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston, SC. She completed a Master of Business Administration degree, Leadership Concentration, through Western New England University in Springfield, MA. Teresa is a member of CSHP, ASHP, and ACCP. She has served as both chair and vice-chair for the ASHP Section Advisory Group on Clinical Leadership. During her professional career, Teresa has worked in various roles, with prior experience as a clinical pharmacy specialist, residency program coordinator and director, clinical manager, and operations manager. She has served as an adjunct professor and pharmacy student preceptor for various schools of pharmacy.
